I have encountered an issue while trying to operate protected files within the Diode App (ddrive). When attempting to open or modify a protected file, the app refuses access, even though the protection settings are correctly configured. The file shows as “locked” in the app interface, and I’m unable to bypass this protection despite having the correct credentials.
I’ve checked the app’s permission settings and reinstalled the app to rule out installation-related issues. The issue persists across multiple devices, and I’ve noticed that the problem occurs only with certain file types (e.g., PDFs and encrypted folders), while other files open without a problem. Could anyone provide guidance on troubleshooting this issue? Specifically, I’m wondering if there’s a setting or configuration I may have overlooked, or if this is a known bug that needs a patch.
